How to apply?

 

You may be eligible for our services if you:

• Live in the Charlotte area

• Are homeless or living in a shelter

• Are experiencing financial hardship, etc.

 

As a participant of this service, you:

• Must be willing to share your personal information with the program.

• Must be willing to do up to 2 prenatal visits, be in touch with your Doula once you’re in labor, and do 1-2 postpartum visits. Most visits will be held at your residence.

• Must be in contact with the Doula if any health changes occur.

• Must be willing to complete evaluations of your Doula and the program.

 

To apply, please fill out the Doula request form. An Intake Coordinator will get back to you within 48 hours.
